Why would someone want websites to search for people and find information on them in the first place? There are many reasons, and most of the time it is a personal quest. Sometimes we may want resolution to our own personal affairs, which may require gathering background information on another person. Other times we may be looking for someone from our past, such as an old friend, a relative, or even an ex lover. From a professional perspective, an employer (or an employee for that matter) may want to some research on the backgrounds of the person they are considering working with. Another example might be for a legal issue. Perhaps you need further information on someone you are involved with in court, or are looking to identify a criminal but only have so much to go on.
All of this requires some kind of investigating, and usually one would have to scour through dozens of different websites to acquire the information that you seek. Fortunately it doesn't have to be that way, because, as I will share with you in just a moment, there is an easy system to find all kinds of records and background information on anyone that you are trying to find. But first lets look at some of the more conventional methods, as these too are useful if you are on a limited budget and can still provide a wealth of information, the only thing you will be spending using these methods is time.
